Which should you choose?
iClassPro is a mature admin tool — strong at registration, billing, and family management, with unlimited students and teachers on a flat per-location fee. ConviTutor adds the teaching layer it lacks: AI lesson notes, built-in 1-on-1 and group video, in-app messaging, and music notation — and for most small-to-mid studios it's also cheaper (a 20-teacher studio runs about $110/mo on Team vs iClassPro's $139+). For very large or multi-location operations, iClassPro's flat per-location fee may still win on price alone. Many studios keep iClassPro for registration and add ConviTutor for the teaching side.
